Services
Keeping 'iit' Simple
Practitioner Consultancy but done ‘remotely’ and ‘Pay as You Go’. Onsite contract consultancy or interim services can be costly, and a service many organisations do not have the luxury of or need for.
For those that do not have such luxuries, OR those that have a job or project that needs doing but resources are stretched, we can help fill those gaps and cost effectively too, all by doing it remotely and charging for just the time you need us, not the time you do not (our time is charged at hourly intervals, minimum 1 hour).
Call it a retainer or services ‘on tap’, call it what you like, we just believe in ‘keeping iit Simple’.
We have the technology to be your ‘in-house’ technical subject matter practitioner, or simply a helping hand to give advice and direction. There is little we cannot do remotely with the use of ‘FaceTime’, ‘WhatsApp’, ‘Microsoft Teams’, ‘Zoom’, etc.
All you need to be able to do is talk to us and use technology that best suits your needs.

Flexible Consultancy
We offer professional consultancy services in a wide range of sectors for businesses of all sizes. Services are tailored to your needs and budget. Consultancy is provided remotely and/ or in person. Â
Consultancy services are charged at a day rate. Contracts can be arranged on a short term/ daily basis or fixed term contracts.
- Inspection/ Auditing; Gap analysis audits, inspections and compliance checks etc.Â
- Management Systems; Further development of existing systems or creating from scratch
- Projects; Improvement works, embedding existing systems and processes etc.Â
- Risk Assessment; General and *specialist risk assessment (*topic dependant)Â
- Risk Management; Advising on and implementing proportionate and suitable controls, problem solving
Mid - Senior level interim
We apply all our industry experience and technical knowledge and chartered practitioner IOSH (CMIOSH) level services to your organisation. Either in mid or senior level capacity, no matter the role or size of the organisation we will meet your needs.
Interim services are typically provided in person but they can be provided remotely, in addition to on-call services as required by the role.Â
Interim services are charged at a day rate. Contracts may be arranged on a short term basis, but typically on a fixed term contract between 3-12 months.Â

- Drive improvements; overcome challenges and opportunities, provide extra support and advice, make changes, embed processes and systems

Trainer and/ or bespoke training course
Whether it’s one of your own training courses you want delivering OR you need a bespoke training course we are on hand to help you.Â
Health and Safety and/ or Environment training we must admit can be a little ‘dry‘ sometimes, “it’s not exactly a Keanu Reeves shoot ’em up, we know that!“, but they can be better than ‘dry’, and most certainly not a tick box exercise.
Believe it or not SHE training can be interesting, but any training course can be hard to stay awake for sometimes, no matter the subject matter.Â
Training should be interesting and interactive, it should be short and snappy and to the point with ‘no padding’. Anyone attending our courses should get something out of it and not more OR less than what they really need. Training should be informative, to the point and just long enough before losing concentration.Â
Our training is kept informative and engaging, and its delivered to you and your employees via the web. If you want us to deliver your courses and or develop a bespoke course for you then get in touch.
